Let me start by saying, I am definitely not a professional book reviewer. In fact, I find that I go through seasons when I can’t seem to put a book down and then at other times I can go a few weeks without picking up a new book. After spending some time in Haiti (approx. 18 months), we have come to realize that throughout our time as a believers we hadn’t been exposed to many books concerning missions, missionaries or about countries outside the United States. It is our hope that through this part of our blog we can begin to provide valuable resources and encouragement from those believers who came before us. You will find many of our books early-on have centered around Haiti, but we have been encouraged by many people who are missionaries to dark places all over the planet. Also, you will find many books in the business genre-leadership, developing teams etc. I truly believe in order to be a leader you must be a reader (and writer).
